Abstract

In our study, we want to describe the ever-changing system of interest forums in the civil service. Of this system, we will also focus on macro-level and meso-level forums. We consider it important to present these forum systems, as the civil service is increasingly characterised by the position of the more vulnerable party. This is evidenced by the changes to the civil service in 2020. To put the issue in context, we will use the tool of legal comparison to examine the solutions adopted by the French civil service.
